Elaine Marcille joined the Helena Building Industry Association as Executive Officer on January 2004. She brought a wealth of experience, which includes: project management, human resources, communications, financial reporting and strong organizational skills. Related work history encompasses 5 years as Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Corporate Support of Montana State Fund, and a member of the Management Team that opened the ShopKo Store here in Helena in 1992.
